Erika received her BA in Strategic Communication from the University of Utah. In 2012, Erika joined the Communication & Audience Development team. She was promoted to Director of Marketing and Audience Development in 2014, where she cultivated a record-breaking 3,400 subscribers. She became Director of Development in 2018, and in 2020 successfully launched SLAC’s first capital campaign, raising over $500,000 in six months. In addition to her administrative work, Erika designs props and plays bass.
