Get to Know the Cast:

Scotty Fletcher* (he/they/she)
Jenna Say-Kwah, also known as Scotty Fletcher, is very excited to be making her drag debut in the Salt Lake Acting Company Summer Show! As Scotty, they have performed at SLAC in You Will Get Sick, Bat Boy: The Musical, Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed: The Rock Experience, and the NPSS staged reading of Beloved King. Although this won’t be their first time in heels and glitter on the SLAC stage, they are excited to share their passion for drag and for rebellious queer art. “Currently trying to trademark becoming the worst version of myself!” You can follow Jenna @JennaSayKwah and Scotty @ScooterFletch on Instagram.

Becky Jeanne Knowles* (she/they)
Becky is delighted to return to Salt Lake Acting Company, where audiences may remember her from Saturday’s Voyeur (2016 & 2017) and as Julia the Lawyer Pig in The True Story of the Three Little Pigs. She has appeared in 40+ productions across Utah with incredible companies including Hale Centre Theatre, The Ziegfeld Theater, Hart Theatre Company, Terrace Plaza Playhouse, Utah Opera, Salt Lake Acting Company, and the Park City Egyptian Theatre. Favorite roles include Lady of the Lake (Spamalot), Katherine (Freaky Friday), The Drowsy Chaperone (The Drowsy Chaperone), Marguerite (The Scarlet Pimpernel), and Gloria Matienne in Hale Centre Theatre’s 2025 U.S. premiere of The Magician’s Elephant. When she’s not onstage, Becky works behind the scenes as a freelance producer and designer, developing theatrical collaborations across the Wasatch Front, and currently serves as Day Manager and Business Liaison for the Park City Egyptian Theatre. @BeckyJHunt

Angel Martinez (he/him)
In 2000, Angel began his acting career reenacting his favorite scenes from The Matrix and Shrek with his father in the living room. Following graduation, he got a taste for performing on an NYC stage during the 2016 Jimmy Awards. In 2018, Martinez completed a year of classical training in LA, CA, and now dabbles in Jazz Crooning for various retirement homes! Angel sincerely thanks you for supporting live theatre. "Actors are merely people in the light who show those in the dark what it's like to be human." - Anonymous | @TheBoxiest

Marc Nielson* (he/him)
Time can be so disconcerting. Every year that goes by, I find myself marveling at how little I’ve accomplished, and I feel a sense of deep self-satisfaction. When I was a child, I was asked by my parents what I wanted my long-term goals to be, and I said, “Trains!” So they waited a few more years and asked me again. This time, I told them that what I wanted most out of life is to never be remembered for doing anything ever, and I’ve stuck to that. Nobody remembers the time I scored the winning touchdown at the 2018 Super Bowl, or when I was the first human ever to boogie board across the Atlantic Ocean, or even the time when I was the only person to fly a solo mission to the moon for NASA. Nobody remembers because I wasn’t there, and those things didn’t happen. So, as you are watching this performance, I would ask you to remember that the actor on stage is not me, I am not here, and none of this is happening. God Bless.
