James Wong is a rising senior in the Musical Theatre Program at the University of Utah. He was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. His previous credits include Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd (U Opera), Ensemble / u/s Austyn in In Pieces: A New Musical (Babcock), Amiens / Jaques de Boys in As You Like It (Studio 115), Max in Andrew Lippa’s The Wild Party (Hart Theater Company), and Ensemble in The Emily Dickinson Musical (Open Door, Studio 115). Prior to attending the U, James attended the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities where he studied classical music.
